Xbajjee Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Use the Platform

1. General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the Xbajjee platform and its users. Xbajjee (https://xbajjee.net) is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform offering services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

By registering, logging in, or using any service on Xbajjee, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. Please read each section carefully before creating an account.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• In live betting, a bet is not valid until it has been confirmed — disconnections prior to confirmation do not count.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account has insufficient balance.
• If match manipulation or fixing is proven, all bets related to that match will be declared void.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Xbajjee supports deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking services including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. No processing fee applies to deposits.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals. Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Using a different method requires additional verification.
• If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, Xbajjee may place a hold on withdrawals and request additional verification.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Xbajjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. By accepting these offers, the following terms apply:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Xbajjee platform:

• Account hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Engaging in fraudulent communication or making threats toward Xbajjee staff.
• Unauthorized modification of the platform's software or systems.
• Collecting or sharing another user's personal information.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Xbajjee platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, databases, and other materials — is the exclusive property of Xbajjee and is protected under international copyright law.

• No content may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission from Xbajjee.
• Platform content may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
• Xbajjee's trademarks or brand name may not be used without prior authorization.

8. Responsible Gaming

Xbajjee firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. In line with this, we offer the following tools and support:

• Deposit Limit: Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set how much you want to wager at any given time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Taking a break for anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks.
